OVERVIEW:

Cravens Warren is an Independent Insurance Agency, headquartered in Houston, Texas. Our Commercial Lines Department is looking for an Associate to join our Workers Compensation specialty team.

PRIMARY ACCOUNTABILITIES / RESPONSIBILITIES:

1. Handle onboarding of new clients, offloading of departing clients

2. Data entry

3. Certificate processing for Workers Compensation clients

4. Assist team members with basic clerical tasks

5. Maintain various spreadsheets as directed

POSITION REQUIREMENTS:

Valid Property & Casualty Producer license greatly preferred
3+ years Insurance experience required 
Applied EPIC system experience REQUIRED- A test will be performed to verify proficiency. 
Experience working with PEO's a plus

Preference given to candidates with Insurance background
Excellent organizational & time management skills
Excellent verbal & written communication skills
Computer skills needed: Word, Excel, Outlook, Applied EPIC
Multi-task with attention given to detail
Friendly, outgoing personality, can-do attitude, team player

This position is a FLEXIBLE WORK ENVIRONMENT position! Position can be on site, hybrid, or fully remote! FLEXIBLE WORKING HOURS - Minimum 4 days per week/ Prefer 37.5 Hours / Full Time Employee 
Competitive hourly wage, depends on experience.  Range:  $50-70k DOE. 

This is a remote position.

Compensation: $50,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
