We are seeking a reliable, organized, and proactive Administrative Assistant to support the daily operations of our office. This role is vital to ensuring the agency's smooth operation by handling a variety of administrative and client service tasks.

Key Responsibilities:
● Answer incoming phone calls with professionalism and warmth
● Prepare and manage documents, reports, and correspondence
● Assist with insurance policy processing, including applications, certificates, renewals, and endorsements
● Maintain accurate and up-to-date client files and records
● Handle data entry within company's electronic document management system
Qualifications:
● High school diploma or equivalent
● 1–2 years of administrative experience
● Strong computer skills (Microsoft Office Suite required)
● Excellent written and verbal communication skills
● Strong organizational and time management abilities
● High attention to detail and accuracy
● Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information professionally
